Appendix I — Compliance & Disclosure

Audited, certified, and disclosed — not asserted.

The infrastructure behind the PFN Dai Risk & Yield Intelligence Platform is reviewed annually by independent third parties: Armanino LLP on performance, an AICPA-licensed auditor on information security, and ISO-accredited certification bodies on data-handling practice. What follows is the evidence registry that procurement, risk, and compliance teams at our institutional clients review prior to onboarding. It is structured as a fund due-diligence response — naming the issuing body, the effective date, the scope of attestation, and the registered legal entity for every claim on the rest of this site.

PFN Dai is an analytics and signal-software provider. We do not custody client assets, we do not act as a broker-dealer, and we make no claim of guaranteed returns. The certifications on this page relate to the platform itself: how we hold data, how we secure it, and how we measure it.

§ I.1  ·  Independent attestations on file

The four audits and certifications underpinning the platform.

Each item below is a notarized attestation issued to PFN Dai Pte. Ltd. Clients under NDA may request the underlying audit report, the Statement of Applicability, or the certification certificate directly from their solutions team.
